troubleshoot is a mail-to-access archive designer store. inspired by traditional mail-to-order catalogues, subscribers receive a print catalogue in the mail, which present a selection of pieces available for purchase through the website. the catalogues are distributed periodically, free of charge, containing a pass-key to access the online store.

(*) currently, troubleshoot catalogues are freely distributed in the EU only. if you are outside of the EU, but would like to subscribe with incurred costs, please get in touch via e-mail.


orders

you can submit an order by adding the items you like to the online form. once we receive your order request we will send an e-mail with the order confirmation and payment link. once payment is cleared, the order will be shipped and we will follow with an e-mail with a tracking number.

items marked as reserved have already been requested and therefore can not be added to a new order. keep an eye on the website or get in touch to check if the availability changes.


shipping

online orders are shipped within 1-5 business days with DHL (tracked and -optional- insured delivery). shipping costs apply and vary depending on the destination country.

customs and import duties might apply and are exclusive of the total order price—please check with your local authorities for any applicable fees.


returns

all items are on final sale. most items on the shop are second-hand or deadstock. condition and prominent flaws of each item are described in the item's listing, however, some other minor flaws might still occur. in case of a grave discrepancy in the item's description, please contact us to discuss a return.
